Purchase Conditions
Once we have received your payment, your paperback book and/or eBook username and password will be sent to you as soon as possible. If you have chosen 1st class postage whilst purchasing the paperback book, you will receive the book the next day.

The prices of both the paperback book and eBook are subject to change. If you have already paid then this obviously will not affect you. There is a one off payment for all products sold on this website and there are no reoccurring charges.

Refund Conditions
Paperback/eBook - If you aren't entirely satisfied with the paperback book or eBook then you may receive a refund within 7 days of purchase so long as you return the book. Your username and password for eBook access will be removed therefore you cannot access updated versions of the book.

Paperback Book Conditions
You cannot photocopy or redistribute any parts of the book without permission from the author.

1st class postage - you will receive the book the next day.
2nd class postage - you will receive the book within 3 working days.

eBook Conditions
Once you have been provided with a username and password you will be able to access the eBook from the eBook Login page. Please note that each time the book has been re-edited, the eBook will be updated.

You will be allowed access to the eBook for up to one year from the date you receive your username and password before it expires. Therefore we suggest you save a copy of the book to your computer when you log in for the first time.

You are allowed to print the eBook for personal use however you must not photocopy or redistribute any parts without permission from the author.
